Wayzata Completes Sale of Star Tribune Media Holdings Co.

Wayzata Investment Partners LLC today announced that it has successfully completed the sale of Star Tribune Media Holdings Co. to Minnesota businessman Glen Taylor. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. No changes to Star Tribune’s operations or management are planned following the sale.
